The challenge

A promising project stalled — its technology scattered across disconnected pieces and its know-how spread thin. The data was there but did not work as one system.

What we built

We restarted the project from the ground up: consolidating the scattered technology and knowledge into automated pipelines and a live map viewer.

The outcome

Fisheries data updates on its own, into an operational interactive viewer.
